1. When tables are releasedOnline on Tock. Tables are released every month or two and announced in the restaurant's newsletter; tables for January and February 2027 open on Thursday 19 November at noon Toronto time. A deposit of $95 per guest is taken for the dining room and refunded against the bill. Bookings are for two, four, five or six guests.

3. CancellationsCancel or change by email ([email protected]) at least 48 hours ahead for the deposit back; bookings can't be changed on Tock. A booking can instead be transferred to someone else. The Chef's Table is not refundable and its date can't be changed.
4. Groups and private eventsNo groups larger than six, and several tables may not be booked to make a bigger party. The Chef's Table takes exactly six. Buyouts and events by email to [email protected].
