Every figure is for one guest. Spanish menu prices include 10% VAT (IVA) and no service charge is added, so these are the full prices before drinks; tipping is optional, and 5–10% is generous. 1. When tables are releasedOnline in the calendar on the restaurant's website, choosing à la carte, a tasting menu or the Menú Geles; a booking only counts once a confirmation email arrives. Last-minute bookings and changes (within 24 hours) are best made by phone.
