The MICHELIN Guide Spain & Andorra 2026 was revealed on November 25, 2025 at SOHRLIN Andalucía, Málaga. It gave nine restaurants their first stars (Ramón Freixa Atelier straight in with two), promoted Aleia, Enigma, La Boscana and Mont Bar to two stars and dropped two restaurants that closed, changed or lost their stars. Spain and Andorra now have 16 three-star, 37 two-star and 249 one-star restaurants in the guide.
The MICHELIN Guide Spain & Andorra 2027 is revealed on November 24, 2026 at the Palacio de Congresos, Huesca, and this page will have its new stars that day.

New two-star restaurants in 2026
In Barcelona, Aleia ↗ (Creative) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Rafa de Bedoya. Its dinner tasting menu costs €210 (about US$235).
In Barcelona, Enigma ↗ (Creative) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Albert Adrià. Its dinner tasting menu costs €280 (about US$315).
In Bellvís, La Boscana ↗ (Creative) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Joel Castañé. Its dinner tasting menu costs €170 (about US$190).
In Barcelona, Mont Bar ↗ (Creative) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Fran Agudo. Its dinner tasting menu costs €240 (about US$270).
In Madrid, Ramón Freixa Atelier ↗ (Creative) entered the guide with two stars. Its head chef is Ramón Freixa. Its dinner tasting menu costs €250 (about US$280).

Two restaurants lost stars in the MICHELIN Guide Spain & Andorra 2026, whether the inspectors marked them down or they had closed or changed. Restaurants that closed often leave the guide months later, at its next edition.
