Las Vegas has Michelin stars again. The first MICHELIN Guide Southwest, revealed at Fontainebleau Las Vegas on August 26, 2026, gave two stars to Restaurant de Joël Robuchon and one each to three more Las Vegas restaurants, the city’s first since its last guide in 2009. Monte, outside Salt Lake City, won Utah’s first star.

The starred Las Vegas restaurants

At the MGM Grand, Restaurant de Joël Robuchon holds two stars, with a tasting menu at $525, and its sister counter L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon one ($255). Guy Savoy’s restaurant at Caesars Palace charges $450 for its menu, and é by José Andrés, the hidden counter inside Jaleo at The Cosmopolitan, $325. All prices are per person before tax and tip.

Utah’s first Michelin star

Chef Martín Babío’s Monte in South Salt Lake won the guide’s only star outside Nevada; its menu costs $160. Arizona and New Mexico have no starred restaurants yet, as our guide to Michelin star restaurants in Phoenix explains.

The rest of the guide

The guide covers Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah, with 64 restaurants: 5 starred, 18 Bib Gourmands and 41 recommended. Sean Christopher of Restaurant de Joël Robuchon won the Service Award. Every starred restaurant in the city, with prices, is on our Las Vegas Michelin star restaurants page.
