Tables are released a quarter at a time: bookings for January to March 2027 open on 5 November 2026 at 9am Hong Kong time, and October to December 2026 is already full. A few days before the meal the restaurant sends the set menus by email, and the table chooses its dishes in advance; this applies at lunch and dinner.
