How the prices are counted
Per person, before service
Every figure is for one guest and excludes the 10% service charge most Hong Kong restaurants add (Yardbird adds 12%). Supplements such as caviar or truffle courses are left out. Prices shown in other currencies use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.
Where prices come from
Dinner is the main tasting or set menu where there is one, and wine is the cheapest pairing for it. Prices come from each restaurant's own website or menus where they're published, otherwise from recent reviews and booking sites such as OpenRice. Many Cantonese restaurants are mainly à la carte, so they show a typical spend, a signature dish (“per main”), or no price where none is published. Lunch is the set or tasting lunch menu, and the note says which days it's served.
Stars and Google rating
The Google reviews score out of 5 and the number of reviews, checked in October 2026. Stars come from the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026, announced on 19 March 2026. A green ▲ marks a restaurant that gained a star in the March 2025 or March 2026 guide; a red ▼ marks one that lost its star.
