MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2026: Every New and Lost Star

The MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2026 was revealed on 9 February 2026 at the Convention Centre Dublin. It gave 19 restaurants their first stars, promoted Bonheur by Matt Abé and Row on 5 to two stars and dropped 13 restaurants that closed, changed or lost their stars. The UK and Ireland now have 10 three-star, 28 two-star and 188 one-star restaurants in the guide.

New two-star restaurants in 2026

In London, Bonheur by Matt Abé ↗ (Modern Cuisine) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Matt Abé. Its dinner tasting menu costs £225 (about US$295), or £110 (about US$145) at lunch.

In London, Row on 5 ↗ (Modern Cuisine) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Spencer Metzger. Its dinner tasting menu costs £250 (about US$330), or £150 (about US$200) at lunch.
