The MICHELIN Guide Switzerland 2025 was revealed on October 20, 2025 at EHL Hospitality Business School, Lausanne. It gave 15 restaurants their first stars and promoted Ecco, Gilles Varone and IGNIV by Andreas Caminada to two stars. Switzerland and Liechtenstein now have 4 three-star, 25 two-star and 104 one-star restaurants in the guide.
The MICHELIN Guide Switzerland 2026 is revealed on November 2, 2026 at the Andermatt Concert Hall, and this page will have its new stars that day.

New two-star restaurants in 2025
In Ascona, Ecco ↗ (Creative) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Reto Brändli. Its dinner tasting menu costs CHF 265 (about US$320).
In Savièse, Gilles Varone ↗ (Modern Cuisine) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Gilles Varone. Its dinner tasting menu costs CHF 259 (about US$315).
In Andermatt, IGNIV by Andreas Caminada ↗ (Sharing) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Valentin Sträuli. Its dinner tasting menu costs CHF 174 (about US$210).
