The MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2026 was revealed on 4 August 2026 at Raffles Sentosa. It gave seven restaurants their first stars (1887 by André straight in with two), promoted Seroja to two stars and dropped four restaurants that closed, changed or lost their stars. Singapore now has 3 three-star, 9 two-star and 33 one-star restaurants in the guide.

New two-star restaurants in 2026
In Bugis, Seroja ↗ (Malaysian) moved up from one star to two. Its head chef is Kevin Wong. Its dinner tasting menu costs S$218 (about US$170).
In City Hall, 1887 by André ↗ (French Contemporary) entered the guide with two stars. Its head chef is André Chiang. Its dinner tasting menu costs S$198 (about US$155).
