Michelin Star Hotels and Restaurants With Rooms in the USA
Updated October 24, 2026 · Star counts and prices as of October 2026

You can stay the night at 21 of the United States’ Michelin-starred restaurants: 20 are inside a hotel and 1 has rooms of its own. 2 hold three stars: SingleThread in Healdsburg, with five rooms above the restaurant, and Addison at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar near San Diego. Checked October 2026.
Michelin star hotels are rarer in the US than in Europe. Most American starred restaurants are standalone city restaurants, so fewer than one in ten has somewhere to sleep, against about two in five in France and Italy. Those that do are mostly in big hotels in Las Vegas, New York and Florida, or in resorts and inns in California’s wine country and on its coast. US hotels also rarely publish a price for dinner and a room together: rates show only once you pick dates, and the tasting menu is booked and paid for separately. The tables below give, for each restaurant, its hotel or rooms and any stay package it advertises, from its own or its hotel’s website. For prices at every starred restaurant in the country, see our page of Michelin star restaurants in the US, where “Show › With rooms” picks out these 21.

Do US Michelin star hotels sell dinner and a room together?
A few do, though none publishes the price online. The Inn at Little Washington sells a night with dinner in its starred dining room, a full breakfast, tax and service in one package, from Wednesday to Sunday. Auberge du Soleil offers a two-night romance package with the six-course tasting menu, and a midweek room rate with a $150 credit towards dinner in The Restaurant. At SingleThread and Harbor House, booking a room is itself the surest way to a table, as both hold dinner for their guests.
How to book a stay at a Michelin star restaurant in the US
Book the room on the hotel’s or inn’s own website, then the table: in the US they are almost always separate bookings, and the tasting menu is often a prepaid ticket on Tock or Resy. Ask the hotel’s concierge if the restaurant is full, as hotel guests sometimes get first call. Expect hotel and sales tax, and in Las Vegas and many resorts a nightly resort fee, on top of the room rate. Several of the wine-country resorts and the Florida beach hotels have minimum stays at weekends and in high season.
